Money Think’s I’m Dead culminates in a sound born of soul, rock, folk, and pop sensibilities. Blending influences drawn from diverse musical and geographic backgrounds, the band members’ respective tastes shine through in an eclectic yet unified sonic experience. Reminiscent of artists such as Band of Horses, My Morning Jacket, and The Black Angels, Money Thinks I’m Dead have brought to life the sound of modern Americana in Denver.
Officially having formed in 2014, the band consists of members Sean Frederick (Bass), Marcus Santistevan (Guitar/Vocals), Tess Emslie (Keyboard) and Levi Herring (Drums). Since their founding, Money Thinks I’m Dead has prided itself in having total creative control in all of its endeavors from self producing albums to independently releasing them.
